Australia, Feb. 6 -- ACCIONA has been awarded, as part of the ActivUs consortium, the contract to design and build the major works package as part of the AUD 5.75 billion Logan and Gold Coast (LGC) Faster Rail project.ACCIONA and its partners -CPB Contractors, UGL, SMEC, and WSP- will collaborate with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads and Queensland Rail to deliver this project, which will improve the efficiency and frequency of public transportation in the city's south-east.
