Spain, Dec. 17 -- ACCIONA has reached an agreement with MAPFRE Inmuebles for the sale of the Ombu office complex, located in the Mendez Alvaro area, one of Madrid's most up-and-coming neighborhoods.Ombu-currently occupied by EA Sports-has a surface area of over 14,000m² across its main and secondary buildings, as well as more than 240 parking spaces. The complex includes 12,000m² of green spaces, integrated into its design, and has undergone a comprehensive renovation carried out by the architectural firms Foster + Partners and Ortiz.Leon.
