AAR OEM Distribution Awarded $18.1 Million Contract for V-22 Spare Parts

United States, Sept. 23 -- AAR OEM Distribution - Defense, Wood Dale, Illinois, has been awarded a maximum $18,138,960 firm-fixed contract for V-22 spare parts.This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year four-month contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is Jan. 12, 2030. Using military service is Navy.Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2030 Navy defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPRPA1-26-C-XA13).
