Patna, Nov. 5 -- After a bitter exchange of words between political leaders in the high-octane Bihar campaign, the first phase for the Assembly elections in the State is scheduled on November 6, when 121 constituencies spread across 18 districts will go to the polls. The campaign for the first phase ended on Tuesday evening.
There has been an intense campaign by BJP leaders led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the 2020 elections, the NDA alliance secured victory with 125 seats, while the opposition alliance won 110 seats.
