India, June 29 -- The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) on Sunday dismissed Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav's promise to develop Ayodhya as 'Siyaram Dham' if voted to power, saying his Government's record on the temple town does not inspire confidence.
