India, July 6 -- The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) said it will abide by whatever decision the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust takes regarding the resignations of its General Secretary Champat Rai and trustee Anil Mishra, asserting that allegations alone do not establish guilt.

The statement comes ahead of a crucial meeting of the Ram Temple Trust in Ayodhya, where members are expected to deliberate on the resignations of Rai and Mishra following an ongoing probe into the alleged embezzlement of temple donations.

Addressing reporters, VHP Joint General Secretary Surendra Jain said the organisation has complete faith in the Trust and would not speculate on the outcome of its meeting.
