India, May 25 -- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is scheduled to visit Jaipur as part of his ongoing India tour, prompting heightened security arrangements and extensive preparations across the Rajasthan capital.

This will be Rubio's first official visit to Jaipur and is being viewed as a significant diplomatic engagement amid deepening India-US strategic cooperation.

According to officials, Rubio is expected to arrive in Jaipur around 2 pm and depart early on May 26. During his stay, he is likely to visit the historic Amer Fort, one of Rajasthan's most prominent heritage and tourist landmarks.
