India, July 15 -- The United States military has carried out fresh airstrikes on Greater Tunb Island, targeting Iranian missile installations, air defence systems, and military infrastructure as tensions between Washington and Tehran continue to escalate. The operation was confirmed by the US Central Command (CENTCOM), which said the strikes were aimed at reducing Iran's ability to threaten commercial shipping in the strategically important Strait of Hormuz.
