UK PM sets out plans to accelerate creation of new National Care Service
India, July 30 -- British Prime Minister Andy Burnham on Wednesday used a visit to a social care centre in London to set out plans to accelerate the creation of a new National Care Service, along the lines of the state-funded National Health Service (NHS).
