Designed for its retail customer base, Ujjivan's EZY offers a unified, secure and intuitive banking experience across mobile and web channels. It is available in nine languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Punjabi and Tamil.

The platform brings together over 200 banking features, including more than 90 new capabilities, aimed at simplifying everyday banking while enabling deeper engagement across savings, payments, lending and investments.
