India, June 20 -- US President Donald Trump has unveiled a newly converted Air Force One, a former Qatari-owned Boeing 747 that will temporarily serve as the presidential aircraft until the next generation of Air Force One jets is delivered. The aircraft was showcased at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

The jet features a redesigned exterior with a navy-blue underbelly, a red stripe, a prominent presidential seal and a large American flag on the tail, replacing the traditional light-blue colour scheme used for decades. Trump described the aircraft as a "flying White House" and praised its luxury and modern features.
