India, June 4 -- A five-storey under-construction building in Jaipur's Malviya Nagar area was demolished by authorities after it developed serious cracks and began tilting, raising concerns about public safety.

Officials stated that the structure had become unstable during excavation work near the basement, making it a potential danger to nearby residents and properties. As a precaution, surrounding homes were evacuated before the demolition process began.
