India, June 21 -- A Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) electric bus caught fire while operating on the Karimnagar-Hyderabad route, triggering concern among passengers and transport authorities. The incident occurred during the journey, but swift action by the driver and bus staff ensured that all 39 passengers were safely evacuated before the fire spread.

According to officials, the driver noticed signs of a possible technical issue and immediately stopped the vehicle.
