India, Sept. 3 -- The FSSAI licence of Shadab Hotel in Madina, Hyderabad, was suspended after a Telangana Standards Authority for Food and Essential Drugs (TG SAFE) inspection found multiple violations involving hygiene, sanitation and the storage of meat and other food items.

The hotel management was also directed to stop all business operations with immediate effect.

As part of a special food safety drive across Hyderabad's core urban region, nine enforcement teams comprising Food Safety Officers and police personnel inspected 19 cafes and snack points. Officials found violations ranging from expired food stock to cockroach infestation.
