India, Oct. 10 -- Telangana Congress MLA Rajagopal Reddy's company, Sushee Infra and Mining Ltd, has filed a petition in the High Court against the state government over irregularities in awarding the contracts for the Radial Road-2 (RR-2) project.

The government has called bidders to construct Radial Road-2 (RR-2), a proposed 81.15-km greenfield expressway connecting the Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Kothwalguda (Budvel) to NH-167N near Nacharam, Medak.

The company claims the state government disqualified it even though its bid was lower than the proposed Rs 600 crore tender, but awarded it to three other bidders who quoted more than the proposed tender value.
