India, Aug. 21 -- A group of Telangana Congress MLAs and MLCs on Friday asked the party leadership to take action over remarks made by Forest Minister Konda Surekha's daughter against Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and other leaders. Around 20 legislators addressed a press conference in Hyderabad and said comments against the chief minister could not be ignored. They also questioned Surekha's decision to describe her daughter's remarks as her personal views. Congress MLA Vemula Veeresam said those who publicly criticise the chief minister should not continue in the party.
