India, July 1 -- IndianOil's Refineries Division continued its commitment towards inclusive community engagement through its "Smiles We Spread" initiative with a heartwarming visit to Saikripa NGO in Noida, which has been working for the welfare of orphaned, abandoned and underprivileged children since 1988.

"Smiles We Spread" is IndianOil's people-centric social outreach initiative that reflects the corporation's core value of care. It encourages IOCians to go beyond their workplaces and connect with communities through meaningful acts of service, compassion and inclusion.
