India, June 26 -- A suspended revenue official in Hyderabad has been booked in a disproportionate assets case after the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) unearthed properties and valuables worth around Rs 5.05 crore during searches conducted at multiple locations.

According to the ACB, raids at the official's residence and other premises led to the recovery of three flats, two residential plots, agricultural land, cash, gold jewellery and other assets allegedly disproportionate to the officer's known sources of income. Preliminary findings indicate that the assets were accumulated during the official's tenure in government service.
