India, Nov. 2 -- Suspended Punjab AAP MLA Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh has resigned from the party and as a member of the Punjab Assembly. He is the third AAP MLA to resign in two days. He is likely to cross over to the BJP. More details awaited.
