India, June 8 -- The Supreme Court of India has issued a notice to the Central Board of Secondary Education (Central Board of Secondary Education) on a petition seeking directions to declare the Class 12 improvement examination result of a student currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

A bench comprising Justices Manmohan and Vijay Bishnoi agreed to examine the plea and sought a response from CBSE and its regional office in the matter.

During the hearing, the court orally observed that the issue concerns the academic future of a student and urged timely resolution, noting that delays in declaring results could affect admission opportunities.
