India, May 15 -- The Supreme Court of India has introduced a series of fuel-saving administrative measures aimed at reducing energy consumption and improving operational efficiency amid ongoing concerns over rising fuel usage and costs.

According to the latest directives, all cases listed on miscellaneous hearing days will now be conducted through video conferencing (VC) until further notice. The move is intended to reduce physical travel and streamline court proceedings.
