India, Oct. 7 -- As part of the ongoing Swachhta Pakhwada being observed by Indian Railways from October 1 to 15 a special 'Clean Train Campaign' was conducted across various stations of the Prayagraj Division of North Central Railway. The focused drive, organised under the nationwide 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' of the Government of India, aims to promote cleanliness, hygiene and environmental responsibility in railway premises.
Under this campaign, extensive cleaning operations were carried out on trains and platforms at major stations, including Prayagraj Junction, Kanpur Central, Fatehpur, Aligarh Junction, Prayagraj Chheoki, Jalesar City, Tundla Junction, Etawah, and Phaphund.
