India, Dec. 6 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday inaugurated a series of civic projects in the Shalimar Bagh Assembly constituency. The projects marked a renewed push to upgrade basic urban services in one of the city's most densely populated pockets. The visit covered newly built roads, drainage networks, and public facilities across multiple blocks, signalling that long-pending demands of residents have moved to the top of the government's local agenda.
