India, July 11 -- At least 10 people, including a child, were injured after Russia launched a large-scale overnight missile and drone attack on Ukraine's capital Kyiv, Ukrainian authorities said on Saturday.

According to Ukraine's State Emergency Service, explosions and fires were reported in the Solomianskyi, Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts of Kyiv following the strikes.

In the Solomianskyi district, a missile strike set ablaze a three-storey office and warehouse building, while another warehouse caught fire in the Dniprovskyi district after being hit.
