India, Oct. 20 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday celebrated Diwali with orphaned children. She visited the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Children's Home for Orphaned Boys in Tis Hazari, calling their smiles "the true light of Delhi".

The Chief Minister spent over an hour at the shelter, distributing gifts, sharing sweets, and chatting with the children about their daily lives, studies, and future dreams. The visit, held on the eve of Diwali, was aimed at spreading festive cheer among children living under Government care.
