India, May 14 -- Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has purchased a land parcel in Ayodhya worth approximately Rs.3.31 crore, according to a real estate firm statement released.

The actor acquired the property in a premium plotted development project called The Sarayu, developed by the House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). The land parcel spans around 2,134 square feet and is part of a 75-acre project located on the banks of the River Sarayu.

The development includes planned amenities such as a clubhouse, lifestyle facilities, and a luxury hotel to be managed by The Leela group.
