India, Sept. 27 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday called on students to embrace Hindi, adopt swadeshi and uphold the spirit of Antyodaya to help shape a developed India by 2047. Addressing the annual day and prize distribution ceremony of Delhi University's Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya (DDU) College, the chief minister assured that her government would not allow funding shortages to hamper the growth of the institution.

She inaugurated several new projects at the college, including 220 desktops, 17 smart boards in laboratories, an Aquaculture Skill Development Centre, and a Mushroom Cultivation Facility.
