India, July 18 -- Nearly three months after a 24-year-old UPSC aspirant was allegedly raped, murdered and robbed at her East of Kailash residence, the Delhi Police has filed a 973-page chargesheet against the accused, stating that scientific and forensic evidence has established a complete chain of evidence in the case.

The chargesheet was filed before a Delhi court on July 16, with the matter scheduled for a hearing on July 18. According to police, the case pertains to the April 22 incident at Kailash Hills under the Amar Colony police station limits, where the woman was found dead after allegedly being sexually assaulted. Police said valuables were also stolen from the house.
