India, Oct. 27 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to visit Vasudev Ghat in Delhi early Tuesday to offer morning Arghya (prayers to the rising sun) on the final day of Chhath Puja. Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, her cabinet ministers and some central ministers will also join him around 5.30 am. This will be the first time a Prime Minister will participate in Chhath Puja in Delhi.
