India, Oct. 9 -- Hitting back at the Opposition for its vehement criticism of the Union Government's decision to declare ceasefire during Operation Sindoor, Prime Narendra Modi on Thursday accused the Dr Manmohan Singh-led UPA Government of not striking Pakistan after the Mumbai 26/11 terror attacks owing to pressure from a "foreign country".

The PM was speaking at an event after inaugurating the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Phase 2B of the Mumbai Metro Line-3 and other development projects in Mumbai.
