India, Sept. 29 -- Over 7,500 children and young people participated in a massive 'Namo Run' across Delhi on Saturday. The run was held as part of the 'Seva Pakhwada' to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday. The event showcased the city's youth energy for nation-building, according to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. The 'Viksit Delhi' themed run began from 15 locations. It concluded at the Central Park in Connaught Place. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta welcomed the participants. She said the run was "more than a race." It is a people's movement to realise PM Modi's 'Viksit Bharat, Viksit Delhi' vision, she stated.
