India, March 12 -- The Delhi Government on Wednesday said there is no shortage of petrol, diesel, LPG, or piped natural gas in the national capital and urged residents not to believe rumours about fuel scarcity. Officials said supplies of all major fuels remain normal and adequate stocks are available across the city.

The clarification came after reports and rumours circulated about a possible disruption in LPG supplies due to war-like developments in the Middle East. The Delhi government said such claims are unfounded and appealed to the public not to panic or engage in unnecessary hoarding.
