India, June 15 -- A Delhi court has allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to interrogate three accused persons currently in judicial custody in connection with the NEET UG 2026 paper leak case.

Duty Judge Surender Mohit Singh approved the CBI's application seeking permission to question accused Manisha Sanjay Waghmare, Dhanunjay Nivrutti Lokhande, and Shubham Madhukar Khairnar inside jail premises.

The agency told the court that the three accused are believed to be key conspirators who allegedly facilitated the leakage and circulation of NEET UG 2026 question papers before the exam held on May 3, in exchange for monetary gains.
