India, April 5 -- The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in research, innovation and capacity building in the urban transport sector.

The MoU was exchanged on Saturday, April 4, in the presence of the Managing Director, NCRTC, Shalabh Goel and the Dean of Resources and Alumni Affairs (DORA), IIT Roorkee, Professor RD Garg. Senior officials of NCRTC and associate deans and heads of departments/centres of IIT Roorkee were also present on the occasion.
