India, Nov. 2 -- In a significant initiative to preserve, celebrate and showcase India's rich historical and cultural heritage, National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) is undertaking the development of the Maharana Pratap Tourist Circuit at Haldighati, Rajasthan, located approximately one hour from Udaipur.

With an estimated sanctioned project cost of '168.39 crore (excluding GST), the project envisages transforming Haldighati into a landmark historical and tourism destination, commemorating the extraordinary bravery, patriotism and indomitable spirit of Maharana Pratap, with special emphasis on the historic Battle of Haldighati.
