India, July 14 -- Nearly a year after a Navi Mumbai man went missing, police have arrested his wife and her alleged partner for his murder. Investigators said the accused allegedly killed the 50-year-old man in August 2025, dismembered his body, and disposed of the remains in a forest to hide the crime. The case came to light after the victim's brother became suspicious over his prolonged disappearance and approached the police.

According to the investigation, the victim lived with his wife and two children in Airoli. Police alleged that the woman was involved in an extramarital relationship with a 30-year-old autorickshaw driver.
