India, April 24 -- The 30th national conference of the All-India Bank Employees' Association (AIBEA) in Bengaluru started on April 19 was impacted by disruptions, leading to an indefinite adjournment of the delegates' session. The Delegate session of the AIBEA adjourned without completing the election agenda, on April 22. Members demanded the removal of long-time office bearers CH Venkatachalam and Rambabu. They demanded P R Mehta be elected, said delegates.
