MP: Parents follow son in death, die by suicide near railway track
India, Aug. 28 -- Devastated by the suicide of their 30-year-old son after he jumped in front of a train in Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh, his parents killed themselves by lying before a moving train on Friday, barely 2 km away from the spot where their son died, police said.
Police prima facie suspect a family dispute as the trigger behind the incidents.
Mukesh Ahirwar, a resident of Karaiya village under the Hindoriya police station, committed suicide by jumping in front of a train near Karaiya railway crossing on the Damoh-Katni rail route in the afternoon, police said.
