India, June 12 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi on completing 12 years in office, calling him not only the "longest-serving" but also the "finest-serving" Prime Minister of India.

Addressing a press conference in Mumbai, Fadnavis said that Modi had brought a "360-degree transformation" in the country and significantly enhanced India's global stature. He noted that the importance of Modi's tenure lies not just in its duration but in the scale of changes achieved during this period.
