India, March 31 -- Services on the Delhi Metro's Yellow Line were disrupted for nearly one-and-a-half hours during the Monday morning rush after a 52-year-old man fell onto the tracks at Vishwavidyalaya station.
The incident led to delays, overcrowding, and longer waiting times across several stations on one of the Capital's busiest corridors. "A passenger fell on the track at Vishwavidyalaya station and sustained injuries. He was shifted to the hospital. Services were regulated briefly for safety," a senior officer from the Metro unit said.
