India, July 28 -- Climate change mitigation is on the world's agenda item for any international negotiations. Mitigation involves all efforts to reduce carbon dioxide emission which indirectly aims at reducing the consumption of fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are indiscriminately being used by the industry, transport as well as house hold sector.
Use of fossil fuels may be lessened by providing an alternative of energy in the form of bio briquettes. Though bio briquetting is not a new venture but viewing forest bio residue as a source of energy is unique especially in Indian contexts.
