India, Jan. 5 -- Union Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, on Sunday, reviewed the working of the NHPC-run hydroelectric projects in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Union Minister was accompanied by Secretary (Power), Pankaj Agarwal. On his arrival, CMD, NHPC Bhupendra Gupta, briefed the Minister on the progress of various NHPC Hydroelectric projects located in Jammu & Kashmir.

During his two-day-long visit, the Union Minister is scheduled to carry out a physical inspection of projects located in Reasi, Ramban and Kishtwar districts.
