Maharashtra TET 2026 postponed after question paper leak in Thane
India, June 27 -- The Maharashtra Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) 2026, scheduled to be held on June 28, has been postponed after the question paper was allegedly leaked nearly 24 hours before the examination. The Maharashtra State Examination Council (MSCE) took the decision to safeguard the transparency and integrity of the recruitment process.
According to officials, Bhiwandi Police acted on confidential information and raided a location where several individuals were allegedly found in possession of pages from the sealed TET question paper.
