India, Sept. 26 -- Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR) on Friday reviewed security around the campus, with enhanced patrolling and other safety measures being implemented in the area following the alleged rape of a minor at the nearby Aastha Kunj Park.

The LSR Students' Union said it is receiving regular updates on increased patrolling around the college, including in the National Park and Vikram Vihar. This includes patrolling by the Delhi Police's Pink Squad.

On Thursday, the college said a WhatsApp group comprising the LSR administration, students' union and senior police personnel was created to facilitate timely action and enable students to report incidents and concerns.
