India, June 15 -- The LDF on Sunday accused the UDF Government of pursuing a campaign of "political vendetta" since assuming office and said that several recent administrative decisions violated established norms and democratic practices.

In a statement, LDF convenor TP Ramakrishnan alleged that transfers of officials were being carried out at the behest of pro-government organisations, disregarding established criteria and procedures.

"It has not even been a full month since the UDF assumed power in Kerala. Since taking office, numerous actions have already been taken as part of a political vendetta," he alleged.
