India, Oct. 26 -- As four-day-long festivities of Chhath resonate in the atmosphere of Bihar, political tempers too have augmented with whirlwind rallies of top political leaders, including Home Minister Amit Shah, as the State comes close to the first phase of Assembly elections on November 6.
