India, Sept. 29 -- The Indian Army on Sunday neutralised at least two heavily armed terrorists while they were attempting to infiltrate India along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Keran sector of Kupwara district. At the time of filing this report, the operation in the forward area was still going on. Dead bodies of the terrorists are yet to be retrieved.
According to official sources, security forces detected the suspicious movement of heavily armed terrorists in the wee hours of Sunday in the Keran sector, following which a search operation was launched to track them. During the search, a brief exchange of fire resulted in the killing of at least two terrorists.
