India warns China over Pakistan terror support; MEA raises concern on reputation and standing
India, May 12 -- The Ministry of External Affairs issued a strong statement, stating that China should reflect on whether its reported support to Pakistan's terrorist infrastructure impacts its global reputation and standing.
MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal made the remarks during a weekly press briefing in New Delhi when asked about reports suggesting China's alleged on-ground support to Pakistan during Operation Sindoor in May 2025.
Responding to the question, Jaiswal said India had already taken note of such reports and emphasized that responsible nations must consider the consequences of supporting or shielding terrorist infrastructure. He added that such actions could affect a country's international credibility.
