New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- In a sharply worded statement, India on Monday condemned remarks reportedly made by Pakistani Army Chief General Asim Munir regarding a potential nuclear threat, warning that such rhetoric only underscores global concerns about Pakistan's nuclear posture and military conduct.
Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said the comments, allegedly made during Munir's ongoing visit to the United States, reflect a pattern of "nuclear sabre-rattling" that has become Pakistan's trademark on the global stage.
