India, April 24 -- India and Egypt reviewed the entire spectrum of their defence ties with a focus on promoting collaboration in defence production and technology, besides strengthening joint training exchanges during the 11th India-Egypt Joint Defence Committee (JDC) meeting in Cairo on April 20-22, defence ministry said here on Thursday.
The Indian delegation was led by Joint Secretary (International Cooperation) Amitabh Prasad and included senior representatives from the Ministry of Defence and the Defence Forces. The Egyptian delegation was headed by senior officials of the Defence Forces and the Ministry of Defence.
